You must have your ticket and original credit card used to purchase your ticket when requesting a refund. If the tickets were purchased at the Hard Rock Event Center Box Office, you can receive your refund by visiting the Box Office or Rock Shop during normal business hours. If the tickets were purchased online through Ticketmaster, this will be done automatically by Ticketmaster and no action is required. Refund Policy for Cancelled Shows: Tickets for all canceled shows will be refunded at point of purchase. An area will be provided where patrons can smoke outside. * ITEMS ALLOWED : small bags and purses * SMOKING POLICY : Smoking is NOT allowed in the venue.
